South of Market (SoMa) properties are located along the Sixth Street commercial corridor. The Sixth Street corridor is a stretch of dense residential, retail and restaurants in the heart of downtown. Beginning at Stevenson Street, the corridor runs down Sixth Street, ending at Harrison Street. Urban Solutions has been bringing businesses to the neighborhood and improving the facades and interiors of existing businesses since 2003 as part of the Sixth Street Economic Revitalization Program.
