San Bruno Avenue is located in the southeastern neighborhood of Portola at the intersection of Highway 101 and Interstate 280. This commercial corridor is home to the Portola Public Library along with Bank of the West. Lining this bustling pedestrian corridor are many national and locally owned shops and eateries such as the Asian snack franchise, Quickly, a specialty grocer La Loma Produce and Ruth’s Children Shoppe. The neighborhood organization for this corridor is Portola Neighborhood Steering Committee (PNSC).
