We are pleased to announce a new interactive conference for microenterprises to understand and begin using new marketing tools! Small businesses with limited marketing budgets will learn to use technology to build their networks and broaden their customer base. Sites and services like Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Constant Contact, WordPress, and Flickr are free or nominally priced online tools to engage consumers. Entrepreneurs will be paired with marketing technology specialists who will work with them to set up accounts, introduce them to basic concepts, and let them know what to expect when they begin use.

The one-day conference will feature free speakers and seminars. Serving as our Keynote Speaker is Michael E. Parker, award-winning entrepreneur, author of “Who Said So? The Questions Revolutionary Businesses Ask That Make Them Successful” founder of Value-Centered Solutions, Inc. and You Are A CEO, Urban Solutions’ 2011 CyberMarketing Conference is presented in partnership with Infin8 Sync and held in conjunction with their annual Independent Artists Week, September 5-11.

After the conference, join us for a reception 5:30 at Sheba Piano Lounge (1419 Fillmore Street)! Dr. Brenda Wade will emcee the reception. An award-winning holistic psychologist, television host, author, keynote speaker, retreat & seminar leader, and media producer, she has appeared on Oprah, The Today Show, CNN, Good Morning America, and in Essence Magazine.
